1. Product Delivery Methods & Timelines
- Instant Digital Downloads: Digital files are delivered electronically immediately upon successful checkout. You will receive an automated email containing a secure download link. No physical shipping fees or delivery times apply to digital items.
- Handmade & Physical Items: Our handmade products are packaged and shipped directly from our main studio. Please allow 4–6 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.
- Print-on-Demand Items: Our custom apparel and printed home goods are manufactured to order through our trusted print fulfillment partners. Standard production times take 2–7 business days before the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the specific items in your cart.

- Standard Shipping: Once processed, standard physical shipments generally arrive within 3–7 business days. Carrier Dependability: Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are entirely managed by the carrier and outside of our direct control.
- Combined Shipments: If your order contains a mix of handmade goods and custom printed items, your products may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking numbers for each individual shipment.
